  I came to the drive thru window at 5:10 to pick up my daughter's cream that was called in at 11:30 am, it wasn't ready the lady said I could come in and wait 10 mins or come back in an hour. I went in and waited. The lady asked for my daughter's insurance info and the old man yelled "she better have insurance that stuff is over a hundred dollars" first off, don't insult me by assuming I wouldn't be able to afford it, secondly don't yell my business across the room. I said "don't worry she has Medicaid" he didn't respond. When I gave her the info she came back several minutes later saying Medicaid denied paying for her diaper rash cream and they are requesting a pre authorization. I am going to follow up with this bc I've never heard of them denying a child a steroid cream for diaper rash. Seems a little suspicious to me. The lady asked if I still wanted it, I said of course my daughter needs it. She then said well I am able to bring the cost down to $22 but you'll have to wait for the pharmacist to re print a new label. I waited 20 minutes for him to print a damn label!!! I was watching my phone believe me. I watched multiple people go around me and check out before finally I asked her "how much longer for him to print that thing?!" At that time he came up and said here it is. The girl who checked me out was nice but this place needs to get their stuff together. It shouldn't take 5 hours to get a diaper rash cream ready. I personally think the old man needs to retire he seems a little grumpy. They definitely need some more help in that place!
